What age to start your competitive Dance journey

Competition dancing can be an exciting and rewarding experience for dancers of all ages. In fact, you can start as young as 3 years old and continue to compete up to the age of 21. Of course, the earlier you start, the more time you have to develop your skills and gain experience on the competition dance floor. However, it's never too late to start, and you should never let your age deter you from pursuing your dance dreams.

It's important to remember that some of the best dancers and choreographers in the world never started competition dancing at all. While competitions can be a great way to showcase your talents and gain exposure, they're not the only path to success in the dance world. Whether you're just starting out or have been dancing for years, the key to success is to stay focused, work hard, and never give up on your passion for dance. With dedication, perseverance, and a love for the art form, anything is possible
